Refund Policy for ADDiFF.com Products

This refund policy is applicable to following ADDiFF Solutions products
- GYC Automator Pro
- GYC Automator Ex
GYC Automator Pro
If you are not satisfied with the results of GYC Automator Pro then you can ask for your full refund within 5 days from the date of purchase.
You need to tell us genuine reason for refund along with the proof of purchase. If refund request is due to any technical error then first we will try our best to resolve that error, if we could not then we will issue refund ($7.50 will be charges from your payment to cover cost of different overheads involved) against your purchase and deactivate your license.
GYC Automator Ex
If you are not satisfied with the results of GYC Automator Ex then you can ask for your refund within 5 days from the date of purchase.
You need to tell us genuine reason for refund along with the proof of purchase. If refund request is due to any technical error then first we will try our best to resolve that error, if we could not then we will issue refund against your purchase and deactivate your license.
GYC Automator Ex is premium product from ADDiFF Solutions and also provide free credits on Image2Type.com so $18.00 will be charged from your payment to cover the cost of free credits and different overheads involved.
Note: Refund policy is not applicable to upgrade options from GYC Automator Pro to GYC Automator Ex
